Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026.

This is a translation of the Spanish privacy policy. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Data controller

INUSUAL School, S.L.U., with tax ID (NIF) B66234998 and registered office at Passeig Xavier Azqueta 55, 08173 Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona (España). For any question about your data: equipo@inusual.com.

What data we process

Only what you give us when you endorse: your name, email, job title, organization and, if you provide them, the size of your organization and a website or professional profile. This site uses no cookies and no analytics that identify visitors: it counts visits with Plausible, which uses no cookies and stores no personal data, and does so in aggregate (how many visits, where they come from, what is downloaded). When you complete the self-assessment, we count that it was completed, never your answers. Your browser stores on your device whether you prefer the light or dark theme; that setting never leaves it. The self-assessment runs in your browser and does not store or send your answers.

Purposes and legal basis

  • To manage your endorsement, confirm your email, send you the seal and remind you of the annual renewal: your consent, given when you submit the form.
  • To publish your name in the list of endorsers, only if you check that box: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not use this data to send you advertising, and we do not share it with third parties unless required by law.

How long

For as long as your endorsement is active. If you do not renew it or you ask us to remove it, we delete your data, except for what the law requires us to keep.

Who else processes it

Netlify, Inc., which hosts this site and receives the forms, as data processor. It may process data in the United States with the safeguards provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent by writing to equipo@inusual.com. If you believe we are not handling it properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
