The full framework

Recommended citation
Good Leadership (2026). The Principles of Good Leadership. Version 1.0. buenliderazgo.org/en/. License CC BY 4.0. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.23601800

The definition

Short citation
"Leading well means exceeding goals by growing people." The Principles of Good Leadership, 2.1 (buenliderazgo.org).

A principle

Each principle has its own reference at the end of its page. The paragraphs of the definition are numbered (1.1, 2.1…) so you can cite them precisely.

Versions

Version 1.0, published on October 21, 2026. It is reviewed once a year; each version keeps its number and its date. The framework was written in Spanish, and the Spanish original is the reference version; this English text is a translation. Full license at creativecommons.org. The document for each version, its digital fingerprint and its records are in Registry and versions. See also how to use the seal, which has its own guidelines.
